Charity Auction Night

Important Information

The event will take place in the upstairs function room of The Swan in Thornbury. Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time to get your bidding number and seats.

There are no seat numbers, feel free to sit wherever you’d like.

We’d advise larger groups to arrive early to secure seats together.

Programmes will be provided will all the necessary bidding and lot information.

The evening will begin with the first half of the auction, live music, buffet food and then finish with the second half of the auction.

We have the event room for the whole evening, so please feel free to stay and drink following the auction, if you’d like to. Drinks are not included with the tickets, but will be available to purchase at the bar.

We will accept both cash and card payment for any lots.

Donation buckets will be scattered around the hall and on the bar for any donations which you may wish to make – separate to the bidding.
